Design File Format
If your are providing the your own design files for your postcard, be sure to provide them by the materials due date for your purchase. The following file formats are recommended.
Good | High-resolution PDF or JPEG files (300 dpi or greater) of your design |
Better | PDF or JPEG and native AI or ID files embedded in approved template |
Best | PDF with native AI or ID files with all font packets attached in approved template |
IMPORTANT MESSAGE ABOUT DESIGN APPROVAL: Event management typically requires approval of your design prior to authorizing your mailing – we do this for you. Some event organizers may require you to use a specific template co-branded with the event information. Not sure which template to use? Contact Us.

NOTES:
– Database file extensions may be .xls, .csv or .txt only.
– If information is not available, OK to leave cell blank (Company name, adderss1, City, State, Zip are required)
– If your data file contains FullName as a single record and you are not able to separate into cells for FirstName and LastName, please populate FirstName and leave LastName blank.
– Mailing database files must be formatted with the fields show above and as follows (shown vertically)
